Refund & Credit Policy

This Agreement is between you, the User and Boxcribe Inc. with offices at 8624 Shadybrook Ln, North Richland Hills, Texas 76182. "Vamos" is the official trademark of Boxcribe Inc. "We", "us" or "our" mean, collectively, Boxcribe Inc. and all of its respective successors, assigns, agents, and/or authorized representatives. This Agreement governs your use of Vamos Virtual Cards issued by ConnexPay LLC of 8530 Eagle Point Blvd, Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55042.
(individually and collectively referred to as the "Service"). The Agreement applies in addition to any other agreement or card issuing rules that may apply in connection with the card issuing bank (“Account”).

Before using the Service, please read these Terms and Conditions, Boxcribe Privacy Policy, Boxcribe Refund and Credit Policy and Connexpay Virtual Card Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Agreement").

Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of this Agreement. If you don’t accept these terms, you may not use the Service.

How It Works

The Service generates unique credit card numbers when you redeem your Vamos cash back reward (each a "Virtual Card Number" “Virtual Card,” “Virtual Number,” or “VCN,” and collectively “Virtual Cards''). The Service also allows you to add funds to the virtual card from your physical credit card. For e.g.,if you have $20 in cash back credit which you redeemed into a virtual card and you plan to buy merchandise online for $80, you can add the difference of $60 into the virtual card by charging your credit card. Then when you shop at an online retail merchant store and go through that store's check-out process, the Service will allow you to use the Vamos virtual card for a payment of $80. You need to cut and paste the VCN information (virtual card number, expiry date and security code) into the checkout page. This way you were able to utilize the cash back credit and also use a virtual credit card without giving the number printed on your physical card (your “actual card number”) to the merchant. This protects your physical card from any online hacks.

Use of VCNs for transactions

Please be careful, because VCNs are 'live' and can be used to make purchases and initiate other transactions under the previously disclosed terms of your virtual card account. Do not share (e.g., screenshot) your VCNs or allow others to use the Service.

Virtual Card Termination/Repeat Usage

Virtual Cards are usually designed for one-time use. Vamos virtual cards will automatically expire in 30 days. You can also terminate the card manually after use. When virtual cards are terminated, the remaining balance on the card, if any, will be deposited back to your wallet within 72 hours. However, if the card has funds or you top up the virtual card from your physical card, you can continue to use it multiple times until the card expires in 30 days from the date of issue. Even after termination, your VCNs will continue to work for any refunds, cancellations or charge backs. You can always reference your terminated VCN from your Vamos digital wallet for any refund or chargeback situation.

Cashback Credit Expiration

Cashback credits earned through different activities (e.g hotel bookings, etc.) expire at the end of the 12th month, starting the first month that credits are posted to your account. However the cash back rewards will not expire as long as you continue to earn credits from activities within the past 12 months.

Managing Virtual Cards and VCNs

You can manage your virtual cards and VCNs from the My Wallet page of your cash back portal. You can view your current card details, past virtual cards issued, view transactions on the current and past virtual cards, and have the option to terminate a virtual card. Some activities may continue after you terminate a virtual card, including returns, credits, payments, dispute adjustments, and certain other exempted transactions. Always review your physical credit card account statements, virtual card transactions and balance in your wallet to ensure that all transactions are correct.

Device Security, Unauthorized Access

The Service can only be as secure as the device you use to access it, and we can't control the security of your device. If a VCN is entered into a merchant's online checkout form, and the device you're using to access that webpage has been compromised by a virus/malware, your VCN could be exposed. You are responsible for keeping your Vamos virtual card credentials (username and password) safe. You are also responsible for the activities that occur with the Service using your username and password, including the activities of others using your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or use of the Service on your account.

Sharing Your Credentials

The Service allows you to generate VCNs by redeeming cash back rewards or by top up from physical cards that can be used to make online purchases. While we use security protocols to detect fraud (e.g., to catch someone with your credentials pretending to be you), we can't catch every one. If someone else has access to your device or your Vamos credentials, they could use the Service to generate VCNs by redeeming your cash back rewards and use them to make purchases. However, they won’t be able to top up from your physical card because we don’t store your credit card information.

Returns

To process a return for a purchase made with a virtual card, you should keep and use your receipt. The merchant will only have the VCN you used to make the purchase and will not have your actual card number (in case you topped up your virtual card from your physical card). View the virtual card details in your wallet and provide the VCN to the merchant to process a return. You should be able to provide the VCN even if the virtual card has been terminated. Once a return is processed, the total refunded amount will be deposited back into your wallet. You can redeem the credit from your wallet into a new virtual card.

Top-Up Reversal

If you top up your virtual card with cash from your physical credit card, it cannot be reversed and credited back to your physical card. Plan your top-up amount carefully. The top-up amount will remain in your virtual credit card as cash. When the virtual card is terminated, any remaining balance on the card will be transferred as credit to your wallet which can be redeemed again to a new virtual card. For e.g., you had $20 cash back credit in your wallet which you redeemed as cash in a virtual card. Further, you top up your virtual card with an additional $20 by charging your physical card. So now you have $40 in your virtual card. You spend $30 at MyFavoriteShoeStore.com. You will have $10 left on your virtual card. You cannot transfer that amount back into your physical card. It will remain as credit in your wallet.

Use of Merchants and Other Third-Party Websites

Each transaction that you make using the Service is a contractual relationship directly between you and the merchant, and their terms and conditions will control that transaction. The Service helps you make more secure purchases using VCNs, but this is not an indication that the virtual card issuing bank trusts or guarantees anything about any merchants. For example, if you make a purchase at MyFavoriteShoeStore.com using a VCN, Boxcribe Inc., Connexpay or the issuing bank cannot guarantee that MyFavoriteShoeStore.com is a reputable merchant or that it’s processing of the transaction will be handled securely. By using the Service, you agree to hold us harmless from all liability, loss, or damage that may arise from you visiting/using/making a purchase on a third-party site.

Location and other requirements

The Service is designed to be available for use in the United States, and not in any other country or any jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to law or regulation. You are responsible for ensuring that your usage of the Service complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. For example, you may not use the Service if you are in any country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, sanctions, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country. To use the Service, you must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older.

Changes or Amendments

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, including the VCN feature as a whole and any VCN options, at any time without notice. We may amend any of this Agreement's terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on our website at https://www.itsvamos.com/. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes acceptance of the terms.

Termination

Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, we may immediately revoke your access to the Service without notice.
